Manufacturing
Our 6,000㎡ advanced facility features over 100 automated spring machines and 20 automated welding production units, precision-coiling wire diameters from 0.07mm to 25mm. Full automation and rigorous process control ensure high-capacity, stable delivery for large-volume OEM orders across medical devices, robotics, automotive, and high-end electronics. Our integrated MES system visualizes real-time production and optimizes scheduling, consistently achieving over 95% on-time delivery.
Precision Testing Capability
At Hershey Quality Control Center, every production process follows standardized specifications, and every detail undergoes multiple rounds of verification and data calibration. The center is equipped with imported Japanese compression, tension and torsion testers, optical spectrometers, RoHS detectors, metallographic analysis systems, 2.5D and 2D video measuring instruments, compression‑tension‑torsion life testing equipment, projectors and a full range of high‑precision testing instruments. It delivers comprehensive multi‑dimensional testing capabilities covering materials, dimensions, performance and reliability.
Full‑Process Quality Management
Supported by a full‑process quality management system including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In‑Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), every product goes through multi‑dimensional re‑inspection and data comparison to guarantee compliance in dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties and process consistency. All test data is recorded, traceable and analysable, continuously driving quality improvement and process upgrading.
