Customization & Engineering Capabilities
We are a professional spring manufacturer with over 20 years of experience, located in Dongguan, China. We possess complete production lines, a heat treatment center, and an IATF16949 certified quality laboratory. You are welcome to visit our factory physically or via video call at any time.
We have extensive processing capabilities, covering a wire diameter range from 0.07mm to 25mm. We specialize in precision compression springs, extension springs, torsion springs, wire forms, as well as stamping parts and screws.
Absolutely. Our engineering team has over 30 years of experience. You can send us the sample, and we will reverse-engineer it using our imported Swiss precision instruments and generate CAD drawings for your approval. We can even assist in designing the spring based on your installation space.
Samples, Lead Time & Cost
Absolutely! We encourage sample requests to ensure our springs meet your exact requirements. If we have springs matching your specs in stock, we are happy to provide free samples (you may only need to cover shipping). For custom-designed springs,a nominal sampling/tooling fee applies, which is typicallyfully refundableonce mass production orders reach a certain volume.
We support flexible manufacturing. While large-volume production significantly reduces unit price, we also accept small trial orders (e.g., 100-500 pcs) to help you validate your market.

Quality Control & Certifications
We hold the IATF16949:2016 certification, the highest standard in the automotive industry, as well as ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015. This ensures our products meet the stringent requirements of automotive, medical, and aerospace sectors.
We implement “Closed-Loop Quality Control.” Production is monitored by in-line inspection systems. Before shipment, products undergo rigorous testing using Japanese imported CCD fully automated inspection machines, image dimension measurement systems, and torque/load testers. Material certificates (COA) and inspection reports are provided with every shipment.
Quality is our cornerstone. Our in-house quality control lab utilizes precision measuring instruments(like optical projectors, force testers, salt spray test chambers) to rigorously inspect critical dimensions, load characteristics, fatigue life, material composition, and surface finishes. We adhere to strict quality standards and can provide test reports upon request.
Packaging & Shipping
For springs prone to tangling, we offer specialized packaging solutions such as Blister Trays, Tape & Reel, or Paper Tube packaging. This not only protects the product but also improves assembly efficiency on your automated production lines.
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, and more. With extensive export experience, we can ship goods directly to your designated port or warehouse.
