The company operates an independent spring R&D and testing laboratory, staffed with a professional inspection team and equipped with over 30 advanced imported testing instruments, including Swiss optical measuring instruments, CCD full-inspection systems, Japanese IM-6225 image dimension measuring instruments, compression/tension testing machines, and life testing machines. This ensures precise, end-to-end quality control from raw materials to finished products, guaranteeing consistent product quality.
Our Factory And Facilities
We continuously introduce advanced manufacturing machinery and high-precision inspection systems. Our production lines accommodate premium wire processing from 0.07mm to 25mm alongside precision sheet metal stamping and automated assembly. This comprehensive setup ensures flexible, one-stop delivery for complex engineering projects worldwide., and leaf springs, covering a full range of applications from ultra-precision to industrial heavy-duty requirements. Hershey currently operates over 100 advanced production machines, including fully automatic CNC spring machines, CNC leaf spring machines, and CNC rotary spring machines. Responding to customer demands for improved delivery efficiency, structural integration, and cost synergy, Hershey officially added precision hardware stamping and welding workshops in 2018, achieving a strategic upgrade from single-product spring manufacturing to multi-process collaborative, one-stop delivery services.
